さて、気になる内容ですが・・・・・・。

一人のホラー専門のライターの所に、友人からメールが届きます。

友人「家を購入したいのだけれども、相談に乗って欲しい。」

ホラー案件かと思いきや、少し違うようでした。

友人「築１年程の良い物件を見つけた。

金額も広さも立地も申し分ないし、家族も気に入った。

購入を考えてる。

 

だけど、どうにも一つ気になる所がある。」

と言って、彼は家の見取り図をライターに見せます。

友人「１階の台所の炊事場の後ろの壁の中に、妙な空間があるんだ。」

 

見取り図を観ると、確かに空間があります。

出入りできる扉の無い空間。

はめ込み式の食器棚などをおけるくらいの空間です。

友人「コレ、一体なんだと思う？

何か儀式的なものかな？

どうにも気になって、ホラー専門の君に相談したんだ。」

 

ライター「そうは言われても、私は建築には疎いので・・・・・。」

ただ、ライターの知り合いに建築設計士がいるので、

そちらに相談してみる事にしました。

 

建築設計士（栗原）「儀式的な意図があるかどうかは分かりませんが、

この空間は故意に作られたものですね。」

そして更に栗原はこう言います。

栗原「私ならば、この家は購入しません。」

One writer specialising in horror receives an email from his friend.

Friend: “I’m looking to buy a house and need some advice.”

He thought it was a haunted house, but it was slightly different.

Friend: “I found a good property that is about one year old.

The price, size and location are perfect and my family likes it.

We are thinking about buying it.

But I have one concern about this house.”

The friend then shows the writer a floor plan of the house.

Friend: ‘There’s a strange space in the kitchen wall on the ground floor.’

Looking at the floor plan, there is indeed a space.

A space without a door.

Is the space intended for a cupboard?

Friend: “What do you think this is?

Is it something ritualistic?

I was curious about this and consulted you about it.”

Writer: “That being said, I’m not an architecture expert ・・・・・.”

However, the writer knows an architectural designer,

He decided to consult him.

Architectural designer (Kurihara): “I don’t know if there is a ritualistic intention,

This space was created intentionally.”

Kurihara then further states.

Kurihara: “If I were you, I would not buy this house.”
